Summer is here—which means more sunshine, more free time, and the perfect chance to keep your kids moving, motivated, and building lifelong healthy habits.
At Sycamore CrossFit , we’re offering fun and effective youth fitness programs designed to help kids of all ages develop strength, agility, endurance, and confidence —on or off the field.
Whether they’re athletes prepping for next season or just need an outlet for their energy, we’ve got something for everyone!
💥 Summer Youth Programs:
CrossFit Kids (Ages 5–11)
➡ Tuesdays at 9:00 AM
A fun and engaging class that teaches kids how to move well, stay active, and enjoy fitness from a young age.
🗓 Starts June 3
CrossFit Strength & Conditioning (Ages 8+)
➡ Wednesdays & Thursdays at 10:15 AM
Perfect for young athletes or any kid who wants to build strength, speed, and stamina.
🗓 Starts June 12
Girls Weightlifting (Ages 12+)
➡ Weekday mornings at 7:00 AM
A supportive and empowering environment where teen girls can learn proper lifting technique, build strength, and grow their confidence.

💡 Flexible Attendance for Busy Summers
We know how full summer calendars can get. That’s why all programs run on a punchcard system —you can purchase a 5- or 10-class punchcard, and your child can attend whenever it works for your schedule. No need to commit to specific dates!
This flexibility makes it easy to keep kids active while still fitting around vacations, camps, and other summer activities.
Our weekly schedule varies slightly, so always make sure to sign up for classes and check out what each week looks like on our website .
