This summer, we’re excited to offer several opportunities for kids and teens to stay active, build confidence, and develop strength and coordination in a fun and supportive environment.

Over the years, our youth programs have continued to grow, and we’re looking forward to another great summer working with local athletes and families.

Whether your child is involved in sports or simply enjoys being active, we have options designed to help kids move well, gain confidence, and continue building healthy habits.

Youth Summer Strength & Conditioning

Ages 8–13

Led by Coach Jill and Coach Carl, this program focuses on:

  • Strength development
  • Speed and agility
  • Coordination and balance
  • Conditioning
  • Athletic confidence

Classes are designed to help young athletes improve movement quality and overall athleticism in a supportive coaching environment.

Girls Summer Weightlifting

Recommended Ages 12–18

Led by Coach Michelle, this small-group class is designed to help girls build confidence and strength while learning the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting.

Athletes will work on:

  • Snatch technique
  • Clean and jerk progressions
  • Squatting mechanics
  • Pulling strength
  • Coordination and barbell confidence

Schedule

  • Thursdays at 8:00 AM

Summer Kids Fitness Camp

Ages 5–12

Led by Coach Sue, our Summer Kids Fitness Camp is a fun, game-based program focused on:

  • Coordination
  • Balance
  • Strength
  • Confidence
  • Foundational movement skills

Classes include obstacle courses, movement games, jumping, climbing, and age-appropriate fitness activities designed to keep kids engaged and active.

Each session is limited to 8 children to ensure individualized attention and coaching.
