Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
This quick and easy tilapia recipe is delicious and perfect for nights when you don’t have a lot of time.
- 2 Tilapia Filets
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan (powdered)
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Salt (to taste)
- Olive Oil (extra virgin)
- Thaw tilapia (if frozen). We use Sea Best frozen tilapia filets.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place a sheet of tin foil on a baking sheet. Then, lightly coat it with olive oil where you will place each filet of fish.
- Mix parmesan, paprika, and salt in a flat dish.
- Coat tilapia filets in olive oil. Then dip in parmesan mixture. (I like to really press the mixture into the fish to get extra coating).
- Place fish on the baking sheet and place in oven.
- Cook for 12 minutes.
- Meal idea: Serve with angel hair pasta and a green veggie.
